Thanks for the post about Wilder! It reminds me that I have not yet read her books, though I intend to do so. Amazing woman to bring to the forefront!

  The books are totally different from the show–very bittersweet when you consider she wrote the books after most of her family members were dead and gone. The last book was unfinished because she couldn’t bring herself to write about her husband after he died. I adore her books. 🙂
